Feedback we offer is mostly not correct simply because events of life trigger memories of the past in our memory bank and we use those meanings subconsciously into giving feedback…to give feedback one must get rid of the judgemental mind first… Also it's important to keep in mind we all have different internal representative systems (the way we store and process information). To be a good communicator we have to know how the person were dealing with processes information and the communication must have a clear desired outcome that is conveyed not just as words but using other cues as well if your dealing with many people at one go. So next time you're thinking of giving feedback look within, know yourself, evaluate your judgements, and also evaluate your communication for efficiency… #hooponopono #nlppractitioner #hypnosis #psychology #mindfulnesscoaching #spirituality #leadershipchallenge #lifecoaching #transformationalcoach #cbt
