Anger management Be aware of how you are feeling….and when you start to sense your going into anxiety visualize the stop sign in the image and then remember to apply brakes to your mind body car which is breathe consciously I.e inhale to the count of 5 (and also say to yourself I love You) Hold the breath for a count of 10 and exhale out And as you exhale say (Thank You)… You may want to make a small pocket card which has this messaging and everytime you feel anxiety or anger about to come do this exercise Like going to a gym builds muscle, mental muscle comes from developing your free will..free will does not mean you can do or have anything you want…it means you have a choice to be driven by the mind or to unplug from it..
