How are you feeling right now? There is nothing more useful for you to know than this. If you're not sure it's very easy just become aware of your breathing and what's the first word that comes to your mind when you ask yourself How am I feeling now? Don't judge don't worry there is no right no wrong…how is your breathing? (What's the first answer that comes to your mind)..keep a diary and note your responses…everytime you record a feeling also take note of the fact that you are aware of how you feel….at times your feeling happy at times sad but in all of these case take deep note of the fact You (pause – hold your breath briefly) are aware (pause – hold your breath briefly) of these feelings…think about what I am going to say deeply and contemplate it while you go about your daily life….
