Observe breathing kindly and gently. Don’t intimidate your breath. The watching is not really to do anything with the breath. It’s just to anchor in the ” ACT OF WATCHING” and as you anchor in that, U will be able to discern not as a logic but as an experience That you are simply the witness of the changing and not that which moves and changes.
