What we call karma has physical dimension and mental dimensions. At physical dimensions not much can be done but develop patience and endure it and learn from it. At a mental level your thought pattern is your karma.
ITS YOUR KARMA only till you don’t watch it from a distance. When you watch from a distance you are pulling yourself out of something that was never you….ignorance and identification with the mind are the same.
Meditation and Gayathri and many other methods make you intensely aware that you are not the thoughts and at such levels of awareness law of karma can not operate and healing happens…
