Don’t ignore your feelings of fear!!


If your scared of failing and you choose not to acknowledge that fear of failure through mindfulness you have to see that failure outside as interactions with people who fail, failure in projects etc!

Fear of failure comes from memories of the fear your not worthy of love if you fail and to cover this the ego keeps itself busy avoiding looking inward!

This advice is not telling you to fail. Prepare, skill up and do all that stuff to take challenges. To enhance and quicken your success on the path you choose also acknowledge the fear of failure through mindfulness.

When you ignore fears they become phobias and eventually land you up with physical ailments as well!

Be healthy and happy. To acknowledge fear is not weakness. Its wisdom to acknowledge your thoughts and feelings no matter what they are.
