A method of meditative contemplation

Try this:

Focus on your nostrils
and question the breath entering
with seriousness ” who is breathing?”
and follow it with “Who am I?”
Your breath is mind and mind is breath!
When you question  ” Who is breathing?” Your questioning ” who is thinking” and thinking is broken and when you ask ” who am I?” The I thought is returning to the source and you can observe a subtle breath going back into the heart! Follow it. It is taking you back to the source!
Observe your thoughts being disrupted and
pushed back into the heart!
persist and
the mind will become still and the illusion
will vanish right before your eyes!
